KCT is a creative space where art, 3D printing, and individuality come together. We create hand-painted elemental dragons, custom 3D-printed treasures, wearable art, and digital designs—all crafted with love and a focus on self-expression and neurodiversity awareness.

We are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. All hand-painted products are crafted and shipped from our studio.

You can place an order directly on our website. For wearable items, you’ll be redirected to Le Galeriste, our trusted partner for printing and shipping apparel.

🧾 Do I need to pay taxes on my order?

Dragons & Custom Orders (Sold on KCT): No taxes are applied at this time.

Wearable Collection (Sold via Le Galeriste): Taxes are applied at checkout to match Le Galeriste’s pricing structure.

Orders placed on our website: We currently ship within Canada only.

Wearable Collection (via Le Galeriste): Ships to Canada, U.S., and internationally. Shipping availability may vary—please check Le Galeriste’s website for details.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on processing time:

🐉 Large Custom Dragons: 10-15 business days (Printed to order) before shipping.

🔑 Elemental Dragon Keychains: 5-10 business days, depending on availability.

🎨 Original Paintings and custom services: 2-10 business days before shipping.

👕 Wearable Collection (Le Galeriste): 10-15 business days (Made-to-order). Check their shipping policies for more details.

💰 Do you offer free shipping?

Orders on KCT’s website: No free shipping at this time.

Orders on Le Galeriste: Free shipping is available for orders over $100 CAD.

🎨 Are the Elemental Dragon keychains hand-painted?

Yes! Each dragon is hand-painted, making them one-of-a-kind collectibles.

🐉 Can I request a custom dragon?

Absolutely! Custom dragons are available for:

✔ $35 CAD for dragon keychains

✔ $175 CAD for a large custom dragon

🛠️ How do I request a custom 3D-printed item?

We accept custom requests for cosplay accessories, gaming props, and personalized designs. Submit a request via our Custom Orders Page or email us with your idea.

👕 What sizes are the wearable collection items?

Wearable art from Le Galeriste follows their standard sizing. You can find exact measurements here.

Your Elemental Dragon is a hand-painted, 3D-printed companion that deserves a little love and care. Follow these simple tips to keep them in top shape!

🖐️ Handling & Use

✅ Gentle Touch – While durable, these dragons have delicate painted details. Handle with care to prevent chipping.

✅ Fidget-Friendly? Yes! – Great for sensory play, but avoid excessive bending or twisting.

🌞 Display & Storage

✅ Keep them in a cool, dry place – Too much direct sunlight can cause colors to fade over time.

✅ Avoid extreme heat – PLA plastic can warp in high temperatures (so don’t leave them in a hot car!).

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

✅ Dust gently – Use a soft, dry cloth or a small brush (like a makeup brush) to remove dust.

✅ No water baths! – Dragons don’t like to swim. Avoid soaking them. A light wipe with a damp, non-abrasive cloth is okay.

✅ No harsh chemicals – Alcohol-based cleaners can damage the paint, so stick to mild cleaning methods.

🚫 What to Avoid

❌ Dropping them from high places: while sturdy, they can still break.

❌ Scratching or scraping: painted details may wear over time.

❌ KEEP AWAY FROM PETS! 🐾 Especially cats! 😼 For some reason, cats seem to think these dragons are their new favorite toys. If you don’t want to find your dragon under the couch or in a water bowl, keep them out of reach!

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. If you need to cancel, contact us ASAP at info@kylynescustomtreasures.ca.

📦 What’s your return policy?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue, reach out—we’re happy to help!

👗 Can I return wearable items from Le Galeriste?

Since our Wearable Collection is made-to-order, returns and exchanges follow Le Galeriste’s policies. Check their return policy here.
